Really quick.
A few things I really like here:
1. I don't have to really make decisions at a restaurant, they only have a few meals and they usually have a strong specialty.
2. They don't use ice! Everything is room temperature or hot. They think it makes you sick.
3. Of course the mountains.
4. They (at least my mom here) use(s) a lot of pet names.

Kelsey!! Mi amor!! Everything sounds amazing. (I have other comments about the previous posts but those take more time and thought, you know how that goes! I've been away from the internet a bit, so I haven't read them until now, but anyway...)
I just read that your "mom there" uses a lot of pet names and I had to laugh. Your mom everywhere uses a lot of pet names.
I want to see pictures of the mountains! I'm sure you're taking more pictures, unless you're trying to "blend in" (lol) and not be tourist-y. =] (I'll have pictures of mountains in New Mexico for you in a week!)
I'd miss ice too much in Peru... good thing you're a fan of room temperature EVERYTHING.
And not making decisions? Tramposa. I hope you're challenging yourself! (Kidding, I know you are, or your environment as a whole is.)
I'm still so excited for you. It doesn't seem real when I think about you being so far away; is a little more real yet? Are you still in love with everything?
